SITE SURVEYS

As part of out project management service an experienced PM will visit your site and undertake a full site survey in relation to your brief. We record accurate information regarding the existing conditions on site and detailed measurements to assist in the production of your new signs.

With our wealth of experience, we can advise on the most effective size and position of your signs to create maximum impact and readability where required.

PLANNING APPLICATIONS

In most cases, changing or adding new signage to your site will require consultation with Development Control at your local authority. Your PM will coordinate with the relevant planning officers and will ensure that your application is presented professionally and accurately in conjunction with planning guidelines.

The opinion of a planner on a new application can be supplied within 10 working days, but full approval of an application can take between 6 and 8 weeks, Once approved, the advertisement consent (signs) will be valid for 5 years.
